Rick Wilshe is President & CEO of Wilshe Enterprises and has over 40 years experience in the food industry, including working for large CPG and Food Service companies, as well as buying/merchandising experience with several national convenience and specialty store chains. This well rounded background brings a unique perspective to the overall supply chain as well as insight as to what both sides need in order to successfully achieve their goals.
Rick Wilshe is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and has completed graduate curriculum at The Wharton School.

Bob Weaver is our lead Sales Manager and jack-of-all-trades around the office. He heads up the regional branch of Wilshe Enterprises, manages the warehouse, and is frequently on the road visiting current and potential customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Devon Weaver, Rick's first child, joined Wilshe enterprises in 2017 as a social media manager. She runs a very successful lifestyle blog and is experienced in creating viral content that grabs eyes and gets clicks.
Brett Wilshe, Rick's youngest and only son, is the newest addition to Wilshe Enterprises. After taking a year off to hike the Appalachian trail, he is now learning the business from Rick. Brett graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism in 2010.
